Directions for Adults Age 18+:Swallow 1 capsule with glass of water before eating in the morning. Take 1 capsule per day for 14 days. May take 1 to 4 days for full effect. Do not take for more than 14 days or more often than ever 4 months, unless directed by physician.

Esomeprazole is also used to treat gastric ulcers caused by H. pylori (pylori) strains. It is usually prescribed as a single pill once a day.

Take one 20mg tablet once a day. Do not exceed this dose.
If you have heartburn, take one 20mg pill once a day.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, wait until then and take the next dose at your regular time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
Do not take this medicine if you are 18 years or older.
Do not take this medicine if they are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medicine.
Do not give this medicine to other people; this may lead to severe side effects such as harm to the heart, kidney, or liver.
